You can gift an annual Inner Dimension TV subscription and your gift recipient will be able to access the program through our streaming service.

Q: What level is this program for?
This program is designed for intermediate and advanced students. Travis Eliot does offer modifications and encourages you to always listen to your body, giving you permission to take breaks when needed. During a break stay focused on your breath. Feel free to look at the class clips prior to purchasing to understand the nature of the classes. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Q: What is the difference between Level Up 108 and UY?
Level Up 108 is not just a repeat of UY. The class names are very similar, but Travis spent hours updating the sequences and poses to be different and special. The class difficulty has been “leveled up” and is specifically designed for intermediate and advanced students who have plateaued and want to level up their practice. And of course, Travis’ inspiring stories will also come alive to fuel each class.
Q: Does this program qualify for Continuing Education Credits?
Q: Does Level Up 108 come with a music-free option?
Not at this time. We have partnered with Ryan Richko to provide a musical soundtrack. We think the music provides a richer experience to the classes and we hope you enjoy it.
Q: Will Level Up 108 be available on DVD?
No. There will be no production of DVDs. Digital gives you the versatility to do the classes on your computer, tablet, smart TV or even your phone! You can download the videos to your computer and burn them to a DVD if this is your preferred viewing option. See this LINK on how to burn mp4 files to play on a DVD player.
